By means of a comparative analysis of the current price imbalances occurring in the sector, we will derive guidelines and instructions for action in specific situations. The report aims to familiarize readers with the pricing process in container shipping. We will help shippers and container brokers to be more flexible in force majeure circumstances and try to create the pillars to build a stable international trade.

Personnel policy contributes to uniformity in personnel decisions, proper control and coordination among workers. They are essential for the optimal functioning of the international organization. Objective and positive personnel management is only possible when management prepares personnel policies.
