1. Conference topics
The journal accepts for publication theoretical-methodological and applied research in the field of international economics:
1. International investment.
2. International tourism.
3. International business.
4. International integration and trade.
5. International people management.
2. Eligibility of authors and their obligations
Authors can only be current bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students in Bulgarian or foreign higher education institutions studying economics. The Editor-in-chief may request from the author(s) a document confirming the person's status as a university student, containing the name of the institution where he/she is studying, educational qualification degree, specialty/programme, course/year, form of study.
Authors may publish up to two articles in an issue (authored or co-authored), clearly indicating the distribution of authorship.
Authors should keep the primary information and intermediate calculations to provide to the editorial board if necessary. Source data should be presented accurately in the article. Deliberately inaccurate statements, selective reporting of data, fabrication of data and results, theft of intellectual property and plagiarism constitute unethical behavior and are not tolerated. It is necessary that they cite the sources used correctly. Plagiarism takes various forms: from copying or paraphrasing significant parts of another publication (without justification) to claiming the results of someone else's scientific research as one's own.
Citation manipulation is also considered unethical. Manipulation may include adding citations to the content of the manuscript for the sole purpose of increasing the citations of a given author(s) or journal.
All authors should disclose in their manuscripts any financial or other material conflict of interest that could be interpreted as having influenced the results or interpretation of their manuscripts. All sources of financial support for the article must be acknowledged.
3. Requirements for submitted materials
The journal publishes only articles in Bulgarian or English with summaries in Bulgarian and English. Only articles are published, the authors of which have reported their scientific research at the annual student scientific-practical conference of the same name, which is organized by the International Economic Relations Department at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics usually held during the summer semester of the current year of the issue of the e-magazine. For more details visit www.mioconference.eu.
3.1. Formal eligibility criteria for reports:
• Adequacy of the title.
• Relevance of the report.
• Must belong to the profile and thematic areas of the conference.
• Availability of a quality and comprehensive summary.
• Availability of keywords.
• JEL classification - the scope of development should fall under section F. International Economics.
• Originality.
• Compliance with the formal criteria for the structure of the manuscript.
• Compliance with the technical requirements for the design (template).
If formal eligibility criteria are not met, manuscripts will not be accepted for review.
3.2. Formal criteria for the structure of articles:
• Length - must be up to 27 000 characters including spaces (up to 15 standard pages).
• Title - should be clear and well–formulated, up to 100 characters including spaces.
• Author(s) full name, e-mail(s), major(s) and year(s) of study, university(ies).
• Abstract - up to 1500 characters (including spaces), should resemble a summary, outlining the goals, methodology and results of the research.
• Keywords - three to five.
• JEL classification - up to three codes, at least one falling under section F. International Economics (https://ideas.repec.org/j/index.html).
• The text of the article should be structured in parts, following the format for writing scientific texts IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion). Additional sections are allowed if they fit the research concept. An Introduction in which the relevance of the scientific research must be justified, the purpose of the article must be formulated, and the goals of the research can also be proposed. A theoretical analysis of the research area in which earlier scientific works in this area are examined and organized. Justification of the methodology used, disclosing the chosen research strategy, data collection, methods and analysis procedures. Presentation of research results in accordance with the requirements of the applied research strategy (quantitative, qualitative research, etc.). Discussion and conclusions, in which summaries are given related to the proposed problem, the purpose of the study and its tasks.

3.3. Technical requirements:
• Format: Microsoft Word for Windows.
• Page size: À4, 29–31 lines and 60–65 characters per line.
• Margins: Top – 2,5 cm; Bottom – 2,5 cm; Left – 2,5 cm; Right – 2,5 cm.
• Title of the article: font: Cambria, 14 pt, capital letters, Bold, centered.
• Full name of the author(s), affiliation / university(ies) – Cambria, 12 pt, centered.
• Abstract, key words and JEL: Cambria, size 11 pt.
• Font for main text (body): Cambria, size 12 pt.
• Line spacing: 1.5 lines.
• Page numbers: bottom right.
• Footnotes: size 10 pt.
• Graphs and figures: must be embedded within the text.
• Formulae must be created using Equation Editor.
4. Citation rules
APA Style is used for bibliographic citation of information sources. Its requirements are located here:

The journal does not pay royalties as it is not commercial in nature. Each author is responsible for the asserted ideas, content, technical layout and language editing of his text.
The journal does not return materials sent for publication and does not enter into discussions about the refusal to publish one or another of them./span>
